With over twenty five years of business experience, John has developed considerable management, planning, sales, marketing, promotional and communications skills in Canada and internationally. In addition to a sound grasp of business principles and demonstrated leadership ability, John can manage and perform a variety of different roles in order to achieve results. John has been providing management consulting services since 1990 primarily to small business and start-up companies. His services include general business advice, business and marketing plans, market research reports, sales and marketing strategy, review of company operations, SWOT analysis, marketing campaigns and promotional events, and strategic alliance negotiation. For several years, John was a part time instructor at B.C.I.T.’s Venture Program.

Bill Bennett – Vice President

Bill Bennett has a wealth of experience and success spanning over thirty years in business – but most important is his success as the Vice President/Director Pacific Forum Inc. – The International Business and Investment Expositions in Vancouver, BC. Bill was a key member of the team which staged four consecutive International Business and Investment Expositions, the largest and most successful of its kind in Canada at that time. Over this five year period, this venture capital exposition was instrumental in matching hundreds of different companies in Canada, U.S., Mexico, Europe and Australia, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of potential Venture Capital. He has an extensive background in the hotel and food services industry as well as structuring and marketing franchises in the hospitality and other industries. Bill has traveled extensively in North America and has met and spoken with numerous Venture Capital and technology development groups, as well as local and State Governments in the U.S.

Ullrich is the President of NextPhase Strategy Marketing, a successful branding and marketing company he founded in 1978 Before setting up his own shop, Ullrich worked as an art director and creative director for national advertising agencies in Toronto and Vancouver. He has created successful marketing communication campaigns for regional and international organizations such as Universal Dynamics, Sierra Wireless and the The GEO Group Inc. Ullrich is a regional past-president of the American Marketing Association, on the board of directors of The Vancouver Enterprise Forum and a long-time member of the B.C. Technology Industries Association.

Marion Webber – Market Research and Strategy

Marion Webber is the president of a Vancouver based company which provides market research, strategy and corporate/product communications plans. Since 1983 Vector Communications has secured the growth of companies in manufacturing, wireless telecom, medical devices, environmental products/services, business services and industrial products. Vector helps new product developers receive funding for market research and R&D development through the NRC Industrial Research Assistance Program. The in-depth analysis the Company provides ensures a strategy for the success of new products. Vector is a member of the BC Medical Devices and BC Environmental Industries Associations.

Alex Stojicevic, B.A., L.L.B. – Legal Counsel

Since December of 2002, Alex has practiced law as a partner with a Vancouver law firm specializing in Immigration and Citizenship law, as well as closely related matters such as Customs and Extradition. The Maynard and Stojicevic law firm has been representing clients before all three divisions of Immigration and Refugee Board, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, defending Immigration Act and Custom Offences. His practice also involves filing a broad range of economic class applications, humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, pre-removal risk assessment applications, temporary resident permit applications. Most recently, Alex has been concentrating on Provincial Nominee Program applications. Alex Danilovic, B.A., M.A., L.L.B. – Legal Counsel

Alex graduated from University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law in 1985, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1987. In 2002 he received his Masters Degree in History, also from University of British Columbia. He practices primarily in the area of administrative law with an emphasis on health law, regulatory compliance and ethical research conduct. Mr. Danilovic sits as a Board member on the Canadian Research Ethics Board of the Western Institutional Review Board.
